Appointment Fees & Policies

Deposit

We require a non-refundable $25 consultation fee for all reservations for services. We apply this fee to the cost of your procedure and it is required to make a reservation should you choose us. This fee is charged at the time of your booking. We can schedule face-to-face, Skype or phone consultations and will be happy to work with you to develop a solution to your needs.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Because it takes time, planning and special customization for each client, we require no less than 48 hours notice for cancellations or to reschedule your service. Cancellations less than 48 hours results in a penalty of $50 to be charged to the credit card provided. By scheduling your appointment you agree to our cancellation policy and authorize Superior Beauty Services to charge your credit card in the event that you do not uphold our cancellation policy. Please be considerate and remember to call us ahead of time if you must cancel. We appreciate the opportunity to provide you superior service.

Refunds

We regret that we do not offer refunds for any permanent makeup services, or eyelash extensions after 3 days from your date of purchase. Refunds are not available on complete services. We would be happy to apply the total amount paid for use up to 2 months from the date of purchase.
